We provide a variety of Gardening-Service, such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and seasonal cleanup. The proposal or agreement will contain specifics about the services that will be delivered.
Service schedules are subject to mutual agreement between Gardening-Service and the client. Although we make every effort to keep to the scheduled time, inclement weather or other unanticipated events may require changes.
The service agreement or invoice will include the conditions and quantities of payment. On the day that has been decided upon, payments are due. Services might be suspended if payments are not made on schedule.
Customers must give at least one month's notice before canceling or changing any planned services. Should you fail to give sufficient notice, there may be costs involved.
It is the clients' responsibility to grant access to the property on the days when services are planned. It is the client's obligation to make sure that all essential preparations are completed, including locking gates and securing pets.
It is the responsibility of clients to notify Gardening-Service of any unique needs, issues, or directions pertaining to their lawn maintenance. Before planned services, clients are also in charge of clearing the lawn of any personal belongings, risks, and impediments.
We aim to provide exceptional services. If a customer is not happy with the level of service, Gardening-Service will try its best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Rain, intense heat, or other unfavorable weather conditions might make it more difficult to carry out some services. Under such circumstances, Gardening-Service will notify you of any changes that need be made to the service schedule.
Even though we use the greatest care when performing our services, Gardening-Service is not responsible for any injuries or property damage brought on by routine and customary Gardening-Service. Customers are urged to safeguard their belongings and take the appropriate safety measures.
Services may be terminated by any party with sufficient notice. In the event of nonpayment, conditions breached, or any other violation of the agreement, Gardening-Service retains the right to immediately cancel services.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Gardening-Service. Any updates will be communicated to clients, and their continuing use of our services indicates their agreement to the amended terms.
